1,000th Post Milestone!

I've written 1,000 posts! It doesn't seem possible. When I started Musings in 2008 I didn't think I'd still be writing in 2011.

It's been so much fun to have friends from around the globe! Thank you very, very much for visiting and encouraging me along. Do please keep those comments coming. It's the carrot that keeps me motivated.

My line dancing teacher sent this Korean video to me and I just couldn't resist posting it. I thought it was a nice way to celebrate this happy day.

I can hardly believe what I'm seeing! How do they get their tiny fingers over all the frets? Wow! How do they keep smiling? I have a hard time remembering line dancing steps, much less trying to smile at the same time. Good grief!

  10. Wonderful, Kay. Hard to imagine 1000 posts until I think of all the pictures Dick has taken here in Europe. We'll be home on Friday, so, after a few days of rest, I'll be back to posting and commenting as per normal. Internet connections have been spotty during our travels.
Hi to Art. "See" you soon!

I must admit that those children worry me a great deal, their smiles look so forced and I wonder just what they have to go through to become so proficient.

Very interesting video clip. I have to wonder why those little dots are playing full-sized guitars and how they have the hand span to cover the frets and accomplish the fingering.
