This is just a silly post. My mom just came running in saying, "Look at this actor. Don't you think he really looks like Jon?"
Takenouchi, Yutaka acted in a Japanese drama that my mom got me sucked into watching a couple of years ago. I regretted watching it because his character got a raw deal at the end of the show which had me feeling bad just because he looked so much like my son.

This is our son, Jon. Art says the photo doesn't show the resemblance like we saw in the drama. Oh well. I think my son is cuter anyway.

Oh Jonathan, I could look at his picture all day. It just fills me with such deep happiness, seeing how little Jon has grown (with your help) into this super handsome, gentle, strong, good, manly MAN. Much nicer than the movie star. What a joy!

They do have a similar resemblance, and yes your Jon wins! He has beautiful, soulful eyes. Have you caught up on your sleep? So glad that your trip went well for everyone.

ReplyDeleteThe difference is in the hair... and your son has a stronger, more masculine jaw. So does Jon sign autographs? I'm amazed he hasn't been asked to. Or has he?
ReplyDeleteAwwww....thanks, guys! You know mamas just love to hear nice things about their kids. Autographs... no, I highly doubt it. Takenouchi is a star in Japan and people in Hawaii are hardly aware of him... except for my mother but that's just because he reminds her so much of her grandson.

ReplyDeleteI didn't see the show you mention, but I do see a slight resemblence. If you had not explained prior to my seeing it, I probably would have thought it was Jon in both pics. lol
