I've written before about making a cardboard drawer separator a while ago.
Well... we'd gone to Costco after our tai chi class and bought 3 of those $1.50 giant hotdog and drinks deals to bring home with us to share with mom. The problem has been in making sure those drinks don't spill or get knocked around on the drive home.
So I had this idea.
How about getting one of those boxes that Costco and Sam's Club puts out for customers to use?
I also cut up an Amazon delivery box to make separators.
And then I had to paint it, of course. 😁

You know, there are several cardboard boat competitions around if you ever get bored!
ReplyDeleteNice boxes with specialized compartments! I've used plastic shoe boxes for my variety of meds. Just waking up on Wednesday to the news about the Maui and Big Island fires. It's so sad to see. Linda in Kansas
ReplyDeleteI actually had to take off what I wrote about making the box for meds, because I had something else I wanted to add. :-)
DeleteI can't imagine the devastation in Historic Lahaina. So many people lost their homes and 6 people have died.
DeleteThe painting was just a step beyond in creativity.
ReplyDeleteYou're a problem solver.
ReplyDeleteWell done Kay, husband M takes a beer holder carton with us when we go.
ReplyDeleteYou are so creative, Kay! I love how you've repurposed the cardboard.
ReplyDeleteGreat work! Well done!
ReplyDeleteSuper good idea! I thought you were going to make animals with cardboard, like BonHui Uy.
ReplyDeleteVery clever, Kay. I do hope the fires are nowhere near your area, and that soon they will be under control. Scary!
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your cardboard creations!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Bobi! I'm so happy you enjoy seeing these projects.
DeleteYou are so clever and inventive.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great imagination you have.
ReplyDeleteGood for you!
ReplyDeleteWell done, you clever lady!
ReplyDeleteKay thanks so much for this post, I have an eyesore wall a/c unit in my apt. I thought hey, a box and some spray paint, now I am convinced!

DeleteHello Dee, It really is a lot of fun to create your own cardboard projects. I need more Elmer's Glue now for my next project.
DeleteBeen seeing a lot about the fires in Hawaii, I do hope the fires are nowhere near your area.
ReplyDeleteKeep safe.
All the best Jan

Thank you, Jan. I'm on the island of Oahu and the horrible fires are on Maui. The Big Island has also been hit and we had brush fires here on Oahu too but not like what's happening at Historic Lahaina. The devastation is mind boggling.
DeleteHello Kay, so pleased to read that you are okay.
DeleteWe've seen more pictures of the devastation on our news today.
Saying prayers for all those affected.
All the best Jan
