I noticed this rather eye-catching floral display on my daughter's coffee table but it wasn't until much later that I asked how she'd gotten it. Tif told us that Ed had bought it last September to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary.
Wow! 20 Years already!
I remarked that they looked really real.
"They are," said Tif. "It's called a Million Roses."
I touched it and yes, it did feel real. But how is that possible?
Whatever the case, I do love knowing how sweet, thoughtful and generous he is.
POSTSCRIPT:
I just looked up how long a Million Roses last. They say it will keep for up to 3 years. It’s not forever.
I wonder how long I might live stood up in a box with feet dipped in a "mixture of glycerin and other plant elements?"
ReplyDeleteI've seen those before. They are really beautiful. We have a local store in Miami area that sells them. It's amazing to see an entire store full of those beautifully designed flowers. so pretty.

ReplyDeleteI do think they're beautiful and such a 'different' idea. Kudo's to him for being so unique. I had to go online and check that website... something I'd never heard of. I still don't understand how they last... but love the idea and the color he chose.
