Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful celebration last night.
I've got some New Year resolutions that I absolutely need to follow through on. I must exercise more. I must eat healthier. I've gotten pretty lax with my diet lately and it's starting to show on my blood tests.
My nurse practitioner, Kathy is reminding me that I need to get serious about my health again.
Sigh....
OK. OK...
How about you?
Any resolutions?

ReplyDeleteAs for resolutions, yours are mine. Lol.
Happy New Year Kay, I don't make special resolutions, just hope for the best!
ReplyDeletebest wishes on a Happy and Healthy New Year Kay, no resolutions for me, but I just try my best everyday,
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your health resolutions, Kay.
ReplyDeleteI have an excuse for not making any, I just say that on the Hebrew calendar it is not a new year. :)
Not telling in case I fail. But I do wish you all a happy and healthy 2015.
ReplyDeleteI wrote a post yesterday about my new FitBit and how I'm finding it very motivating. You might want to check it out. Happy New Year to you and Art!
ReplyDeleteI have put a lot of weight back on what with cruising and the holidays. It has to come off!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Kay and Art! All the best for your family!
ReplyDeleteKay, I must practise more yoga and walking longer. I wish you a peaceful and healthy 2015 from Poland.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Kay! Those are good goals and your life will be better if you can keep them up, which is always good motivation.
ReplyDeleteI have a list of intentions to keep me going through the next year including diet and exercise but also travel and several projects I want to complete this year. I like having a list so I don't forget where I'm going or get off the path I want to be on.
Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteYou are important to so many people, I know you will get ahold of those pesky numbers and turn them around this year! Sending you lots of virtual hugs. :-)
ReplyDeleteI don't know if you saw my response to your comment on my blog, but I suggested you check out Jin Shin Jyutsu. Perhaps you already know about it. I have found it extremely helpful both for physical symptoms and for the motivation needed to follow a healthful life style. It is a kind of Japanese physio/philosophy. Both my son and I have experienced benefit from these simple sessions.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds quite intriguing, Olga. I've never heard of it. I don't know anyplace here that would teach that. I'll look it up on the web. Thank you very much!
DeleteHave a wonderful New Year
ReplyDeleteNo real 'resolutions', just common sense in taking care of myself. You go girl! Exercise, exercise, exercise! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI don't New Years to make resolutions. I make them as I need them. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteblessings and happy new year
ReplyDeleteditto...lol!

Mine are a lot like yours and sadly are the same each year. Maybe someday I'll stick to them.
ReplyDeleteHave a great 2015.
Mine is to do the same thing. I am always trying to eat healthy but am easily tempted. I also want to exercise more. Once again, Happy New Year to you and your sweet family.
