I shall be taking a bit of a break for a couple of weeks or so. I’ve started working on a genealogy photobook of Art’s family for our children.
Actually, Art’s author aunt (his dad’s youngest sister) who has had several books published, did a family history book a couple decades ago.
However, I’m planning to compile some of what she wrote and add it to Art’s mom’s side of the family. Then I'll add in our children and their families to pass down to our grandchildren.
I’m quite energized by this project, but it’s taking up all of my concentration so I’ll have to stop blogging for a while.

ReplyDeleteIf you log onto Hawaii State Public Library there is free access to ancestry.com site. It is good til the end of the month although they've been extending that month by month now. Good luck.

Thank you, De. Just want you to know that the puzzles did arrive. They are pretty thin compared to the Ravensburg puzzles though and the pieces are all the same shape which makes it even more challenging. Still... it's fun and will keep my husband occupied for quite a while. Thank you for your fun tip.

ReplyDeleteI know you're prepared, but stay safe if Hurricane Douglas comes around. Goofy Kansas news keeps talking about a tropical storm in the Atlantic....saw some national news about Hawaii's concern. Should you set up a camera to see how your new hurricane shades hold up? Linda in Kansas (I think I prefer tornadoes....)
