TMI?

One of my favorite nephews posted this on his Facebook page and I couldn't resist posting it here as well.

I have found that coffee can be a diuretic, but ummmm....  the other end? OK, is this Too Much Information?

I found this article in the Huffington Post which explains it also.

Alright... alright... TMI.

  7. It's more tea that is a diuretic for me, coffee is fine for some reason. And poop...first I'm hearing this one, thanks.

    1. I find this is helpful to know when you're traveling. It's helpful to get all the morning "business" over with before you start out for your day. I'll be sure to have my cup of coffee with caffeine.

  9. Coffee doesn't effect me as such, just greasy stuff like sausage and bacon for breakfast, but maybe that's because of the coffee? I'm really sure that's too much information.

  11. How cute and so true. I was in that 23%. I had to give up coffee for heart reasons and believe me herbal caffeine free teas do not have the same effect. I miss my coffee.

  16. When I was recovering from my back surgery and in need of some help pooping, I was informed that coffee should be avoided. That was after I had ordered several lattes in the hospital. But they might have been decaf. I needed help sleeping too. Oh my. How does anyone know what to believe?

  17. With me all it takes is getting up out of bed in the a.m. I used to be kind of unsympathetic about constipation until I worked in a hospital and learned that for some it's no joke.
