I ordered some Nuun Rehydration tablets from Great Skin Concepts LLC through Amazon and they arrived a couple of days ago.
My daughter introduced us to Nuun tablets because she takes them when she goes for her runs or swims. You drop a tablet in your water which makes it fizz and taste good. I'm sure it does other good things too, but I just like the taste.
I found this little blurb on the REI website:
Needless to say, I was not happy so I wrote my first review on Amazon complaining about the almost outdated tablets I received.
Then I saw a phone number for Great Skin Concepts so I called and left them a message saying how unhappy I was.
What a surprise! Harve called me right back! He apologized profusely and refunded the money right away. He said they didn't have any more tablets to sell so he couldn't send me a new box.
I liked him so much that I said I would write a follow up review on Amazon. Unfortunately Amazon wouldn't let me write a follow up review because it was not really product, but seller related. When I tried to write a seller review, I couldn't find a way to do it either.
I got so frustrated that I wrote to Harve and told him how sorry I was, and that I would try to find a way to do that follow-up.
He wrote me right back and explained that I should:
It's funny that I went from being upset about a product to meeting Harve who is someone who stands by his company. I would definitely feel confident about ordering from him next time. And now I've still got lots of Nuun tablets to take until the end of February.
Ummm... I suppose this means I should exercise more?

I found this little blurb on the REI website:
"NUUN Active Hydration tablets contain electrolytes, vitamins and minerals to ensure your body stays properly hydrated throughout the day!"Well... there was a good deal on Amazon so I bought two boxes which would keep us hydrated for many, many months. Unfortunately, I checked the box and saw that the expiration date was for February, 2016.

"From your Amazon Home Page, Go to Your Account and click Seller Feedback Submitted by You under Personalization.I was able to do it easily once I got his explanation. Now I know.
Click Remove link next to the feedback you would like to remove."

What a nice guy! I will have to look into those tablets. I take a powder in my hydration pack during the summer months. I'll check the Harve's website. :-)
