It was a surprise to receive a package last week from the Tzu Chi Foundation. We were introduced to this charity by friends who have donated their time to helping others through this organization. We've since donated to their worldwide cause every year.
The package they sent contained six masks. They're rather thin but would certainly prevent you from touching your face. I think I could wear it under a cloth mask just to add extra protection.
It was such a kind gesture. It's nice to know they are trying to help in such a thoughtful way.

What a thoughtful way to say thank you for your support.
ReplyDeleteIt is, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteThat is a gesture that should catch on everywhere. Thanks for sharing it, Kay. :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat gift for these times.
ReplyDeleteOne good turn deserves another--good for you & Art :^)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Djan. I think that should catch on as a great way to say thank you.
ReplyDeleteLots of kind acts are coming out of this corona virus trial!
ReplyDeleteThis was very kind of them.
ReplyDeleteI like your new header. Where was that photo taken?
ReplyDeleteIt was here on Oahu. But darn! I can’t remember which hike it was.
DeleteIt's a lovely shot. Worth framing, don't you think?
DeleteI’d rather have that thank you than the address labels (half the time with some error) we keep getting! Everyone can use a few more of these.
ReplyDeleteHow nice.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great thank you gift. Those thin masks are probably considered one time usage, but those soft ear straps are sure more comfortable than elastic. I am still using the mask I got when I went to the medical center. I just air it out completely between wearings.
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of this charity, but I see they do a lot of good. And how kind to send out the masks.
ReplyDeleteThat is nice …
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
What a lovely gift!
ReplyDeleteHow nice your good deeds circle back!
