My brother did tell me he would teach me how to patch two photos together on Photoshop last week and I said I didn't need to learn how to do a panorama yet. I regretted telling him that when I tried to figure it out myself. I'll have to ask him today when he comes over.

Meanwhile, I hope you'll just enjoy this double rainbow that I stuck together in my rather primitive way. (You can click on the photo to enlarge it.)
I think it's wonderful that you managed to photograph a rainbow at all :-) That's still something I'm waiting to achieve.
ReplyDeleteLucky you! I don't see rainbows from my windows.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have all the good luck that a double rainbow is supposed to bring. Your picture is really pretty.
ReplyDeletegood job, I remember the double rainbows in hawaii-gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThat is a real bow! I have never seen such a perfect rainbow. There are even two.
ReplyDeleteYour header is stunning. It looks like a painting!
Thanks for your comment! I agree with you that the best part of rescuing the 33 miners was that the whole world was watching, praying or actually helping. That's what the woman on my blog was singing about.
That's gorgeous, Kay. I hope I see a rainbow like that in Hawaii. Can hardly wait.
ReplyDeleteAnd you put the two pictures together without help from Dennis. Good for you.
I agree with Wil about your header with your mom's orchids. It does look like a painting. Wonderful.
Kay, Alberta
Beautiful double rainbow, Kay. I remember seeing one in Lake Louise, Alberta, once. Today's my day to chip away at storing summer clothes and getting winter clothes out of storage. That's something you don't need to do!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful Kay;
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job!
Oh Kay, I've never seen such beauty!!
ReplyDeleteIt's just like we call it in Hebrew--keshet ba'anan, an arc in the cloud.
Good job, Kay. Good job, God. :D
It is a gorgeous rainbow indeed and you certainly did a terrific job, Kay! I love it! Hope you're enjoying your weekend!

ReplyDeleteThat is a nice job. We have been getting good amounts of rain lately, mostly at night. We're supposed to be getting more rain in the coming months, which we need, even here in the rain forest.
ReplyDeleteYou did good. It really is something wonderful to enjoy. If I see something like that I know I will Photoshop, I photograph is many times shooting a great many over lapping pieces. That's reqally great.
ReplyDeleteThe rainbows are perfect!! We saw some a few weeks ago but not as vibrant! Ours are a bit duller, beautiful still.
ReplyDeleteI love all pictures of rainbows! That one is a really great one! I hope your "dry" sunshine comes back soon :)!
