Awesome Ko'Olina Sky

I've been completely engrossed working on my granddaughter's 10 year photo album and found this photo I thought I'd share with you.

We'd gone to Ko'Olina Beach and there was a strong breeze. When we looked up we saw that the clouds had been blown into these wispy, feathery streaks.

I've never seen skies like this in Hawaii since then.

  3. I would love to be there. The water looks lovely as does the sky. I have seen clouds like that, but I do not know what they are called.

  7. Nice shot. They usually mean there's cold air up there. Yes not common for Hawaii.

  10. What a unique cloud formation. The weathermen might call that a hundred year sky.
